This class is about making small changes that lead to big results. We will read Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg and learn how to build healthy habits without stress. You will discover how to add simple habits to your daily routine and feel more confident in your progress. In our group, we will read, share ideas, and support each other as we learn new ways to grow. This book is easy to follow and full of useful tips for real life.
The cost of the book is not included in the class fee.Β You need to buy the book or get it from your local library before class starts.Β
